Luxurious private residence of 450 m² with auxiliary underground structures – guest houses and 2 outdoor swimming pools. The project is being built on a 6-acre plot with an idyllic sea view and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.

The interior design draws from a wide range of influences. With a more urban, modern style that creates optical illusions through light and materiality, the building guides you toward a narrative of release and relaxation. The integration of rock formations and a palette of brown tones provides an environment of grounding, introspection, and serenity. A timeless Mykonian lifestyle infused with Cycladic vintage elements, combining earthy materials such as wood and polished cement in beautiful color contrasts.
